Wednesday morning class

Sorry it has taken me so long to load these class pics up but I am having one of those weeks where I should not be allowed near any form of electronics / technology - nothing is working !!!!!
These things only happen though when you are in a hurry, trying to do too much at once end result - nothing is done !!
On a positive note - I would like to welcome Margaret's sister, Angie to the Wednesday morning class.
It was a fulfilled day again. Margaret & Angie are perfect fit for hilarious group.

Wednesday night class

Only 3 of us for class on Wednesday night so we had a play with Izinks.
The more I use these the more I love them.
This is a project using my favourite products -

This little book has been created after oohing & aahing over Godelieve Tijskens sample she made for Darkroom Door using the London Stamp Sets & Accordian Album (without the tin).
I don't have the London set yet so just had to make do with all my other travel stamps.

Tuesday Night Class

In Tuesday nights class we made our own Resist Paper.

 

Using kraft coloured cardstock we stamped several assorted size Butterflies
in Adirondack Jet Black ink.
Some of the stamps used were Jenni Bowlin, Darkroom Door & Tim Holtz
Then used different swirls, flourishes & net stamps with
Adirondack Big N Bossy Embossing Pad.

Another couple ATC's

I haven't made ATC's for ages.
have mixed feelings about making them
It is difficult for me to work on "small things"
I have no patience !!
When I am creating an ATC I have the
problem of when to stop adding stuff.
Also because they only take such a short time to make
it's like, is that it ???
Anyway here are another couple & am off to
make some more.
Got the bug now.

Art Journal Class No 5 Resist

In tonight's class we are making our own Resist Paper.
I have used Tim Holtz resist paper in 3 classes in the
last week & am becoming addicted to it & the gold foil.

I love the resist technique especially now we have Distress Stains- makes
it oh sooo quick & easy !

Art Journal Class #4 Paint & Collage

Wednesday Nights Art Journal Class 27th July 2011
We experimented with paints,tissue paper,stamps,crayons
perfect pearls,distress crackle paint.
Very messy but we all enjoyed it.

Monday's Class

In class this week Wendy bought her finished Travel Album.
She has done such an amazing job.
