Tuesday Night Class

In Tuesday nights class we made our own Resist Paper.

 

Using kraft coloured cardstock we stamped several assorted size Butterflies
in Adirondack Jet Black ink.
Some of the stamps used were Jenni Bowlin, Darkroom Door & Tim Holtz
Then used different swirls, flourishes & net stamps with
Adirondack Big N Bossy Embossing Pad.

New Friday night Class

I had a couple of new girls, Lynne & Anna start classes tonight.
We made a fairly simple tag, they said it didn't look simple !
But once the girls had finished they realized it wasn't as difficult as it looks.
Thanks girls it was a great night !!
That is the key - once someone shows you how to use those inks,
that blending tool or whatever it is that keeps you from trying something
new, that you wish you hadn't waited so long.
So go ahead book a class & give it a try !!!!

I must say they are awesome to use.
So smooth & easy to apply.
The colours are amazing.

Library Drawer Class

Last night's Library Drawer went well.
This week we created a Mini Folder to add to our collection.
I used all Jenni Bowlin papers - all of which are on sale at the moment - this time.
Love Jenni's stuff but don't use it enough, that has to change !!

Only have pics of mine because we used Glossy Accents & the girls couldn't finish their projects.

Friday Night Class

We had a great time tonight.
I still hadn't worked out what to make for class at 4.30 this afternoon !!
Have been wanting to have a play with UTEE for a while now.
So came up with this project, & the girls really enjoyed it.
